Laurel's knowledge was thorough, and she quickly honed in on homes that fit our requirements. She let us know immediately when a house we liked, but had an offer, came back on the market. However, it is her attention to detail and follow-up that was truly invaluable. She stayed on top of the lender and title company, making sure that regulatory deadlines were followed so the closing date would be met. She went to the house numerous times for inspections, appliance deliveries and even watered the lawn for a month and a half. We felt that we could absolutely rely upon her to take care of things that we couldn't, being out of state. I will recommend Laurel without hesitation.

Exceptional Agent! She should be cloned. We were so pleased, relaxed, at ease throughout the entire transaction. So much so we have referred her to other military families in the area. She's extremely knowledgeable and experienced, above all keen in details. My husband is disabled and Laurel made sure his questions and concerns were answered. She help develop a time line for us six months prior to us selling the home. Laurel made sure to put our needs and wants ahead of anything. Very pleased and would work with her again if on the market. The home was set with the buyers in a matter of two days. The rest of the time was just the normality of things. Laurel set us up with inspections in advance to avoid surprises. We were so prepared the buyers declined inspection as we had done much of the work in advance. With us being new to the homebuying process Laurel treated us like family and made sure that we would be set up not only for the now but for our future.
