I have been a Realtor for 30 years in the greater Sacramento region; my service area includes all of Sacramento County. I love working with both Buyers and Sellers, and specialize in Relocation, especially Military Families. Service to those who have served is close to my heart, and I have many Family Members who have served in the Air Force, including my Grandfather who served in the Royal British Air Force! I understand the challenges of Military Relocation. In my free time I enjoy Yoga and cooking. I have held the title of an Outstanding Life Member of Sacramento Masters Club for over 20 years. I believe in quality over quantity especially when working with clients, giving my complete attention to every transaction.

Seller reviewDeciding to sell our home of 41 years and then searching for a senior community where we could be comfortable and happy, was a lengthy process. Over a period of months after our first contact, Laurel Davies was patient and accessible. We never experienced any sort of pressure, but knew Laurel was there for us. Once our decision to sell was made, Laurel guided us and was available for questions or concerns every step of the way through what turned out to be a problematic sale after an inspection discovered foundation problems with our house. We could not have the repairs done ourselves, and depended on and trusted Laurel to handle our "As Is" sale competently and professionally. We are now living happily in the senior community we had chosen, while the young couple who "fell in love" with our house are having the foundation work done and looking forward to moving in. We would unequivocally recommend Laurel Davies to anyone preparing to sell their property.

Laurel was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through each section of the sale, explaining the process step by step. She worked really hard and went above and beyond with dealing with the appraisal. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
