I have been a Realtor for 30 years in the greater Sacramento region; my service area includes all of Sacramento County. I love working with both Buyers and Sellers, and specialize in Relocation, especially Military Families. Service to those who have served is close to my heart, and I have many Family Members who have served in the Air Force, including my Grandfather who served in the Royal British Air Force! I understand the challenges of Military Relocation. In my free time I enjoy Yoga and cooking. I have held the title of an Outstanding Life Member of Sacramento Masters Club for over 20 years. We live about an hour away and she took care of the coordination with the contractor. She communicated with us when needed. She was wonderful. We found the home we love but it was a bit out of our budget. Laurel took into consideration the length of time the home was on the market, the comps in the area and all of the costs of updating and was able to negotiate with the sellers and settle on a price we could comfortably afford. Home buying is stressful but I felt at ease knowing I could trust Laurel's advice and recommendations. She really made it effortless!
