Personal Profile
I grew up in south Miami and attended the University of Florida where I received a BFA in Fine Arts. Upon graduation, job opportunities brought me to Atlanta, GA where I lived for 24 years and built a family. The sun, surf and great outdoors of Florida, along with my parents and collegiate family beckoned my return, and was lucky enough to land on the Sun Coast. The Tampa Bay area was an instant hit with my kids and I as it meshed with our laid back 'weekend' lifestyle being in close proximity to famous Beaches, the Arts, and of course Sports.
I have been in the customer service field for over 20 years, dedicating myself to provide the most personal and professional care for my clients. I have initiative, am trustworthy, and will go the extra mile to not only meet, but exceed your expectations.

Buyer reviewLauren Fleischman is well suited for residential real estate sales. We knew she had not been involved in real estate very long when we met her at an open house in our current neighborhood. She was honest about her experience when I asked and she was very easy to talk with. Lauren always wanted to do her best and it showed immediately and throughout our search for the perfect house. She will do well in this business as she learns more about the mechanics of the properties, appliances and fixtures. Lauren has followed up with my wife and I several times since our closing. This agent really cares for her clients and is a keeper, for sure.

We had talked to other realtors in the past and once they talked to us and they knew we needed to fix something as credit wise we would never hear from them again. In other words Lauren guided us to the right people and called every couple of months to see how we were progressing. I would defiantly recommend her to our friends that our trying to buy a home. Buyer reviewI am not the easiest person to work with. My work schedule is insanely sporadic. When I became available I needed Lauren to be available as well. I tend to not have high expectations with sales people but I can not speak highly enough of Lauren. She put up with my late/random calls, texts, emails and never once acted like I was asking too much or being too needy. She even acted as my part time psychologist when I needed to call and vent frustrations I was having with my mortgage company (not affiliated with century 21). Lauren is tenacious and unforgiving if she doesnt get her way in contract negotiations. That alone took alot of pressure and stress off my shoulders. After the sale was done she went the extra mile by still sending random calls and texts my way to make sure I was settling in and check in with my family. I didnt expect the service i got, but I'm glad i did.
