I grew up in south Miami and attended the University of Florida where I received a BFA in Fine Arts. Upon graduation, job opportunities brought me to Atlanta, GA where I lived for 24 years and built a family. The sun, surf and great outdoors of Florida, along with my parents and collegiate family beckoned my return, and was lucky enough to land on the Sun Coast. The Tampa Bay area was an instant hit with my kids and I as it meshed with our laid back 'weekend' lifestyle being in close proximity to famous Beaches, the Arts, and of course Sports.

Lauren Fleischman was impeccably direct and helpful. She went out of her way so many times to make my experience with buying a home enjoyable. When I was nervous or upset she knew how to calm me and never was anything but professional! I enjoyed getting to know her and feel i made my first friend in Florida! She goes out of her way to make you feel relaxed and happy. My sale had some twists and turns because the previous owners lived out of the state. However, Lauren made the experience smooth as well as hilarious. I would recommend her to anyone moving to Florida!

Lauren was a pleasure to work with. We hit several bumps in the road, as I was purchasing a 120 year old home with the VA loan. There were times it didn't seem like it was going to work out, as the lending requirements were very strict. But Lauren was on top of everything, every step of the way.
