Personal Profile
I grew up in south Miami and attended the University of Florida where I received a BFA in Fine Arts. Upon graduation, job opportunities brought me to Atlanta, GA where I lived for 24 years and built a family. The sun, surf and great outdoors of Florida, along with my parents and collegiate family beckoned my return, and was lucky enough to land on the Sun Coast. The Tampa Bay area was an instant hit with my kids and I as it meshed with our laid back 'weekend' lifestyle being in close proximity to famous Beaches, the Arts, and of course Sports.
I have been in the customer service field for over 20 years, dedicating myself to provide the most personal and professional care for my clients. I have initiative, am trustworthy, and will go the extra mile to not only meet, but exceed your expectations.

Unfortunately, 2020 took its toll on me as it did so many others and my dream of becoming a homeowner that year became a nightmare and the dream was placed on hold. Lauren, however, remained in contact with me, checking in, offering assistance wherever she could, including linking me to resources that would help me to finally be able to purchase the home I've been dreaming of for years. Lauren Fleischman listened to my needs, educated me in different aspects I was unaware of so that I could make informed decisions, looked for my best interests and made sure I received the best possible outcome when closing on my forever home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren Fleischman and how much she cares about doing an excellent job for her clients. You want a realtor with experience and heart. There were times it didn't seem like it was going to work out, as the lending requirements were very strict. But Lauren was on top of everything, every step of the way.
