Seller reviewAs an active member of the community, Lauren knows and cares about Frederick. With her demeanor and real estate experience my home sale was more pleasant than I had expected. The hardest part was prepping, packing and finding a new home. I was moving to a different region of Maryland, so I hired a different buying agent. After signing with Lauren she checked in with me weekly to see how the new home search was going. She gave me pep talks when I felt discouraged, and advised me when other realtors weren't playing by the rules, which are somethings my buying agent didn't do. I would recommend Lauren to anyone buying or selling a home in Frederick.

Seller reviewI am sharing the wonderful experience I had working with Lauren Kremers. Selling a house can be so stressful and the stress was lifted having Lauren involved in the sales process. Lauren's magical touch was throughout of the entire sales process evaluating the true value of the house with high tech reports, staging the house from the inside out, working with the buyer's brokers in a professional manner, and ensuring the closing was executed correctly. The broker/seller relationship Lauren and I shared was based on a key principle which was based on communication. Lauren was able to communicate very clearly during the entire sales process. By setting and managing my expectations was huge because it made the entire process stress-free. My first experience working with Lauren was buying a house. Lauren spent a lot of time understanding my needs and more importantly who I was as an individual. I refer to Lauren as Dr. Kremers because of how deep she works to understand her clients.
