Buyer reviewWe worked with Lauren for two years to find the perfect house for our daughter. Our geographic search area was large, covering several counties and states, but Lauren kept us updated on potential properties. She also was good at referring us to other agents who were more familiar with a given area as the situation arose. Lauren's goal was to make sure we found the right house without concern to her personal gain. Over the past two years it has been a pleasure to work with Lauren. She is professional and knowledgeable. She was also is very kind and pleasant to deal with, understanding the frustration that clients feel in this crazy market. Lauren was always accessible to discuss possible homes and was quick to return phone calls or emails which was helpful when time was of the essence! Early on, she helped me identify an excellent mortgage company. When my home appeared in the portal I knew immediately it was the right one. Buyer reviewLauren was so kind, helpful and professional throughout this entire process! We knew early on we were moving, so Lauren helped us look at a lot of options. Since we were completely unfamiliar with the area and the market here, Lauren's knowledge about Frederick and the housing market was extremely valuable and important to us. Without her we may not have considered certain options or ended up in the home we did, which we feel was the perfect match for us! Lauren treated us like family, and did not miss a beat to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. We are so thankful for her! I'd also like to mention that Lauren was available to us whenever we needed her, and more than a few times this was very last minute! She got showings lined up for us whenever we needed to make a quick trip up here so that we could make the most of our time traveling a long distance with our toddler. She even offered to help watch him while we checked out houses if he fell asleep during those long afternoons of showings! When I say she treated us like family, I really mean it. We are so appreciative of how attentive and how timely she took care of us!
