As a first-time home buyer, it was critical for me to have someone who listened to my needs, answered all my questions, and was responsive. Lauren went above and beyond to meet all my needs. On top of all of that, she was kind, caring, trustworthy, and always, always had my best interest at heart! She was willing to ensure I had the best experience and made sure I understood every bit of it during the whole process. She was amazing and I would recommend her over and over!

Seller reviewWe were referred to Lauren Woods by a builder as we initially were pursuing that route but realized we just couldn't wait that long to move. She completely stood by our decision and understood why a year wait was too long. When we found the house that would work she jumped straight into getting our offer in and making sure that any and all issues with the house were addressed and resolved. We never had to worry because we KNEW Lauren was working for us and would not let anything be brushed aside or forgotten. She was there for our paperwork signing as well. When we went to get our house on the market to sell, Lauren's knowledge and honesty of the perfect price point for our property was crucial. She gave us a list of to-dos for max curb appeal and making sure the home was solid and issue free and was my cheerleader as I got them all checked off. Our house listed on a Friday and we received a full price offer on Sunday. It just doesnt get much better than that!

Lauren grew up in Clarksville, and her knowledge of the market and different areas of the city was on point and very helpful. She made us aware of future commercial building sites near the neighborhoods we were looking at, and how that would impact the traffic over the next several years. This information helped guide our decisions. She was extremely professional and worked hard to get our requests from the sellers met. We have high expectations of our home and can be picky. Lauren was intregal in helping us find the perfect home for us while meeting our quick deadline. I would not use any other realtor in the future. Lauren is the best!
