Seller reviewWhen I first met Laurie, I just knew she was the right realtor for me. She came prepared and knew my property before arriving at the house. She was at least one step ahead of me on everything. Questions I might have and how to deal with issues even before listing the property. All in all, it was a lucrative, painless experience for me. I dreaded going through a sale but Laurie made it easy. House was under contract in less than 24 hours at full asking price. She was excellent in every category. I could not have been happier with the whole experience. Laurie was on top of it all. She dealt with all issues before I had a chance to worry about it. I was notified every step of the way and as noted before, it was painless and lucrative. I cannot thank laurie Callahan enough for the excellent job she did selling my house.
