Seller reviewWe interviewed 3 brokers before deciding on Century 21. Laurie was well prepared, answered all of our questions, able to negotiate the best price and commission split for our needs. She invited her manager to preview the property and had potential buyers in mind for the showings. She understood our time line as we needed to close quickly. We were very happy with our choice. Laurie was very professional and thorough, throughout the selling process. We would highly recommend her. We were quite pleased with all aspects of dealing with Laurie, she's very motivated, a pleasure to deal with, etc. We would highly recommend her to others looking to sell their homes.

Buyer reviewWhen I had begun looking for a home, a realtor friend of mine referred me to Laurie and gave me her number. I've never bought a house by myself before and it was terrifying, to say the least. Laurie asked me what kind of house I was interested in, the area, the price range. We looked at several houses, and I'd be disappointed when they would fall through for one reason or another. Like rejecting my bid, etc. She would encourage me to keep my chin up. We just haven't found "my" house yet. Meantime, I had filled out paperwork to get approved for a VA loan. We saw a house that I really liked, but it was a little out of my price range. During the negotiations, Laurie was fierce in getting that house for me. And she did! It was amazing. When I would phone or text or email, Laurie was prompt in replying. If she didn't know the answer, she would find out and get back with me. I highly recommend using Laurie Callahan. She is the ultimate realtor.
