Lauren Lalima met with us immediately after contacting her. She was professional and shared her plan to sell the home. She had done her homework and came prepared with comparables and also the examples of marketing materials. She was very personable, confident and knowledgable and for these reasons we selected her as our agent. The sale of the house was a challenge due to multiple issues and had already had one agent previously that we needed to cancel the contract. Lauren was always very accessible and answered calls, texts and emails very timely. She always had time to listen to issues and we never felt she was too busy or didn't care to answer our questions. In the end we had a successful sale. It was a pleasure working with her and would highly recommend her in the future to family and friends as an exceptional agent.
