Hello, my name is Lavada Burroughs McIntyre and I am a professional
real estate agent with Century 21 BE3. I have been in the industry for
8 years and have had the privilege of helping clients in the Northwest
Florida and Southern Alabama areas. Originally from Pahokee, Florida,
my passion for real estate began while I was working as an Administrative
Assistant in a local Century 21 Office and has only grown
stronger over the years. I have a strong work ethic that has allowed me to
assist many client prepare their homes for sale and assist first time home buyers to
achieve their home ownership dreams.
Aside from being a dedicated real estate agent, I have a variety of
interests and hobbies. I enjoy taking long walks, spending time at the
beach, shopping at thrift stores, and decorating. However, my biggest
joy comes from spending quality time with my family and friends.
As an agent, my main focus is on providing an amazing client
experience. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the
biggest decisions in a person's life, and I am committed to guiding my
clients through the entire process with ease and expertise. My unique
strategies have helped many clients achieve their real estate dreams,
whether it be buying, selling, investing, or even renting.
One of the things that sets me apart in the industry is my experience.
Having been in the real estate business for 11 years, licensed for 8 years,
I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Seller reviewThis was our 1st experience at selling a house.. Lavada met met all our needs, Was very patient with us When we were confused about certain issues, and helped us through some challenges that we had. I would recommend her to anyone who wanted to sell their home and have it done professionally.

Seller reviewSelecting Lavada was a no-brainer. I've known Lavada and worked with her prior to selling my property. Her work ethics are exceptional, she resolves or provides resolutions to any of the variable issues that may present itself during this process. I knew that Lavada would be my greatest resource in selling my property. The house went on the market Thursday and within 4 days, Sunday, there were 7 offers. After reviewing the offers with Lavada on Monday (5 days after being placed on market), an offer was accepted. The accepted offer followed with successful inspections and a final sale at the title agency. I couldn't have asked for a better result. Lavada's sales experience is EXCEPTIONAL. She made a difficult time/decision, easy. She assisted me throughout the entire process of selling my home. I'm thankful that Lavada shared her experience and knowledge with me when needed, that she answered my questions honestly so that I could make informed decisions. I was not pressured by Lavada at any time during this sale but always felt that she had my interest as her focus. I've zero regrets about any of the processes. Thanks to Lavada's sales experience I feel confident that all decisions made were the best ones possible.

Seller reviewLavada knows the market and knows what it takes to sell a home for maximum value. Even after only 1 year of ownership, we still walked away with a nice profit! Lavada will work hard to make sure you get the best value for your home! Lavada will not steer you in the wrong direction and will take care of you from beginning to end! The process of selling a home can be overwhelming but Lavada eased the burden tremendously.
