Hello, my name is Lavada Burroughs McIntyre and I am a professional
real estate agent with Century 21 BE3. I have been in the industry for
8 years and have had the privilege of helping clients in the Northwest
Florida and Southern Alabama areas. Originally from Pahokee, Florida,
my passion for real estate began while I was working as an Administrative
Assistant in a local Century 21 Office and has only grown
stronger over the years. I have a strong work ethic that has allowed me to
assist many client prepare their homes for sale and assist first time home buyers to
achieve their home ownership dreams.
Aside from being a dedicated real estate agent, I have a variety of
interests and hobbies. I enjoy taking long walks, spending time at the
beach, shopping at thrift stores, and decorating. However, my biggest
joy comes from spending quality time with my family and friends.
As an agent, my main focus is on providing an amazing client
experience. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the
biggest decisions in a person's life, and I am committed to guiding my
clients through the entire process with ease and expertise. My unique
strategies have helped many clients achieve their real estate dreams,
whether it be buying, selling, investing, or even renting.
One of the things that sets me apart in the industry is my experience.
Having been in the real estate business for 11 years, licensed for 8 years,
I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

She went above and beyond to help fix issues around our home, make it better, and the best it could for selling. Buyer reviewIf you have been searching for a highly professional and reliable realtor, then your search is over. We had been in contact with four other realtors before we found Lavada. The communication between them was very infrequent and the information that we received about the properties was very lacking. Our property search was looking very bleak. Then we found Lavada. We knew from day one that she was different. The communication response time went from hours/days to a matter of minutes in most cases, after we started working with Lavada. We had finally found someone that was very dedicated, trustworthy, and that had impeccable communication skills. She works above and beyond what anyone could expect of a realtor. We now own property in Florida. Lavada made that possible, and she made the process so much easier. We highly recommend her.

Seller reviewLavada and her team were crucial in this transaction. She was fantastic with the official stuff but what was more astounding was that she sent a whole team to help with physical labor (moving, cleaning, etc.) to get the house ready for closing. I have never witnessed such effort from a realtor! There's no way it would've happened without everyone's help. This was an emotional sale and Lavada helped our family immensely!
