Hello, my name is Lavada Burroughs McIntyre and I am a professional
real estate agent with Century 21 BE3. I have been in the industry for
8 years and have had the privilege of helping clients in the Northwest
Florida and Southern Alabama areas. Originally from Pahokee, Florida,
my passion for real estate began while I was working as an Administrative
Assistant in a local Century 21 Office and has only grown
stronger over the years. I have a strong work ethic that has allowed me to
assist many client prepare their homes for sale and assist first time home buyers to
achieve their home ownership dreams.
Aside from being a dedicated real estate agent, I have a variety of
interests and hobbies. I enjoy taking long walks, spending time at the
beach, shopping at thrift stores, and decorating. However, my biggest
joy comes from spending quality time with my family and friends.
As an agent, my main focus is on providing an amazing client
experience. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the
biggest decisions in a person's life, and I am committed to guiding my
clients through the entire process with ease and expertise. My unique
strategies have helped many clients achieve their real estate dreams,
whether it be buying, selling, investing, or even renting.
One of the things that sets me apart in the industry is my experience.
Having been in the real estate business for 11 years, licensed for 8 years,
I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Seller reviewLavada took such good care of me. Through all my anxiety of selling a house during a hurricane she NEVER was concerned. Lavada was paramount in getting all repairs to the house accomplished within days. It sold within a week. My advise, if you don't go with Lavada you just screwed up..... My first time to sell a house. It was our first and only house since 1986. For me after loosing my wife the second most dramatic event in my life. In my opinion Nobody else could've been more reassuring than Lavada. I can't say enough about how much she save my ass. As much as I hated to sell the house I needed to. I never had a doubt that she could do it and she did..... TWICE. Once before the hurricane and then again to someone else after the hurricane. All within ten days I think. Simply amazing.....

Selling your house and moving is never fun, and we did it while having a newborn in our family. Lavada made it SO easy; her excellent communication kept us well informed.
