My husband and I debated for months about selling our house and went into it hoping just to break even. We did more than break even thanks to Lavada's aggressive sale plan and quick marketing. We always say we get what we pay for, but in this instance we got way more than we paid for in Lavada.

We had our choice of a few brokers when listing our home. Lavada was well prepared for the interview and seemed eager to get things done. She listened to our feedback, which was important to us! Once we listed with her, she was a great communicator and advocate for us. She understood the importance of our timing and was happy to do all she could to keep our transaction moving. We're very glad we went with Lavada!

The sale of our home, spurred on by a relocation of our family several states away, was not the most difficult move in history. It was, however, the most difficult move our family has ever made. The number of logistical hurdles we faced were substantial, and yet, here we are, moved away, house sold, and stress free. Lavada and her team came alongside us like family we never knew we had. We were, for the duration of our sale (and afterwards!) treated like we would be in trouble if we missed the family bbq. We didn't have a "solid realtor who managed our expectations", we had a dear friend who came alongside us in a tumultuous time that worked tirelessly, called in favors, leveraged a massive skillset, and made sure our family was maintaining cabin pressure. We would be doing Lavada a tremendous disservice if we gave her a recommendation as a realtor. That's not even a question. She's absolutely on top of her game. Case closed. What people should know, where Lavada truly stands out, is her willingness to invest in people emotionally and to share her wisdom throughout the process. Lavada wasn't our realtor nearly as much as she became our friend. I cannot overemphasize how strongly I would endorse Lavada and all of the people that work with her (shout outs to Tommy, Eric, and Winnie) for not JUST admirable work ethics, nor JUST incredibly high levels of competence, but most of all, for a quality of character and a commitment to excellence that is so often lacking today. We were so blessed to have Lavada represent us, and could not be more grateful for the effort she and her team poured into the sale of our home.

Lavada is very energetic and motivated; a true pleasure to work with. Home was not an easy sell and she made it happen. All contracts and closing were very simple, which was nice. Liked that most of it could be done via email or on line. Thanks Lavada!
