Hello, my name is Lavada Burroughs McIntyre and I am a professional
real estate agent with Century 21 BE3. I have been in the industry for
8 years and have had the privilege of helping clients in the Northwest
Florida and Southern Alabama areas. Originally from Pahokee, Florida,
my passion for real estate began while I was working as an Administrative
Assistant in a local Century 21 Office and has only grown
stronger over the years. I have a strong work ethic that has allowed me to
assist many client prepare their homes for sale and assist first time home buyers to
achieve their home ownership dreams.
Aside from being a dedicated real estate agent, I have a variety of
interests and hobbies. I enjoy taking long walks, spending time at the
beach, shopping at thrift stores, and decorating. However, my biggest
joy comes from spending quality time with my family and friends.
As an agent, my main focus is on providing an amazing client
experience. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the
biggest decisions in a person's life, and I am committed to guiding my
clients through the entire process with ease and expertise. My unique
strategies have helped many clients achieve their real estate dreams,
whether it be buying, selling, investing, or even renting.
One of the things that sets me apart in the industry is my experience.
Having been in the real estate business for 11 years, licensed for 8 years,
I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Seller reviewI had an out of the ordinary sale. Lavada understood it and was there every step of the way. Lavada calmed me down when I wanted to give up. Lavada took charge when another realtor made a low ball offer due to problems the home supposedly had. Thankfully, Lavada had the supposed issues checked out, only to find out the issues were not existent and complete lies. I almost accepted the offer and felt terrible about the unknown supposed issues. Lavada was my saving Grace from beginning to end. Would recommend Lavada 1000%

From the very start, she listened to what I was looking for and helped me figure out what I needed to accomplish those goals, which I greatly appreciate as a first time home buyer. After meeting with her in person for the first time, I was able to put a bid in on a house the very next day, which ended up being accepted. This sent me spinning in the best way possible especially since we foresaw that there was going to be some problems with my personal case. Lavada helped me negotiate a new roof and HVAC into my bid. She even got an old deck removed from my backyard removed free of charge. Later in the process, when we had multiple delays due to different inspection and paperwork issues, she supported and worked with me to get issues resolved, going above and beyond with her own money and personal time to make this house work. Lavada is the God-send I didn't even know I needed. Her attention to detail and drive made this home buying experience a reality; her support and guidance made this a good experience as a first time home buyer. I would recommend Lavada as a broker if you're ever in the market for a home. She's with you in your corner every step of the way!

From the very beginning, Lavada took the time to learn our specific wants and needs and carefully selected homes to show us that would fit those needs. We were from out of town, so Lavada found a way to virtually walk us through each property and paid special attention to point out all the little details that I feel many Reators might have missed. Throughout the entire process, from start to finish, Lavada always made herself available to answer any questions, address all of our concerns, and be an advocate for us. Even though she had many clients, Lavada always made us feel like we were her #1 priority and her communication was second to none. Needless to say, Lavada far exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the home buying process, her performance was beyond exceptional, and I would highly recommended her to anyone in need of a realtor.
