Hello, my name is Lavada Burroughs McIntyre and I am a professional
real estate agent with Century 21 BE3. I have been in the industry for
8 years and have had the privilege of helping clients in the Northwest
Florida and Southern Alabama areas. Originally from Pahokee, Florida,
my passion for real estate began while I was working as an Administrative
Assistant in a local Century 21 Office and has only grown
stronger over the years. I have a strong work ethic that has allowed me to
assist many client prepare their homes for sale and assist first time home buyers to
achieve their home ownership dreams.
Aside from being a dedicated real estate agent, I have a variety of
interests and hobbies. I enjoy taking long walks, spending time at the
beach, shopping at thrift stores, and decorating. However, my biggest
joy comes from spending quality time with my family and friends.
As an agent, my main focus is on providing an amazing client
experience. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the
biggest decisions in a person's life, and I am committed to guiding my
clients through the entire process with ease and expertise. My unique
strategies have helped many clients achieve their real estate dreams,
whether it be buying, selling, investing, or even renting.
One of the things that sets me apart in the industry is my experience.
Having been in the real estate business for 11 years, licensed for 8 years,
I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

She is very good at what she does. She walked us through this process every step of the way; answered questions before we had time to ask! She was very knowledgeable about the house, area, taxes, she gave recommendations for inspections, insurances as we were purchasing from out of state, she made this purchase a blessing, we call this our miracle house, with a miracle agent! She paid attention to every detail of the house & had someone fixing things like lighting, bulbs, caulking before even putting it on the market. She did a virtual tour with us & didn't just point of the bonus of the house, but the blemish too. Lavada told us this purchase could happen in 15 days; she made it happen in 12! What a blessing she has been.

Seller reviewWe planned to list our home with another agent who did not seem excited or really that interested in helping. I decided to ask Lavada if she was interested and she was at my house the next day helping us begin the preparation. The entire process was very new to my husband and I, but she made everything crystal clear and was always available by text or phone to answer any and all questions. She was very transparent with how difficult the market may be but consistently led us in the right direction. When we approached the last 2 weeks of our holding period before closing, we had several unexpected illnesses and injuries between my children that put us into a time crunch. Lavada very willingly volunteered to help me pack, clean and/or move and tried to help alleviate any of the moving stress she could. We are so thankful for her and all that she did for our family and our home. Choose Lavada, you will NOT be disappointed!
