I really do not know where to start to explain my sincere gratitude to Lavada! I actually did not pick Lavada as my first choice, and I made a huge mistake and it cost me a lot of time and money! When I did wise up and hire Lavada my life got a whole lot easier! Within the first few days Lavada and her husband Winston were at my house and getting it ready! They even put really nice pavers from the driveway to the front door! What an impressive touch and also, she put her touch inside the house to make the house more warming to possible buyers! COMMUNICATION was huge as I totally lacked that aspect with my first Realtor! Lavada communicated with me almost daily and sent me all of the feedback from the showings of my house! She kept me informed as to the dates and times someone would be in the house. She followed up every showing and even was going over after each showing and making sure the house was prepared for the next upcoming showing!
