I am a native of Florida but have lived in Citrus County since 1980. My husband and I married in 1985 and have raised 2 boys that still live locally. Prior to real estate I managed an insurance agency for 25 years. I love working with people so really enjoy my job as buying and selling homes can be a very personal experience and do my best to make it a very positive one. In 2015 I achieved the Centurion Award, President's Award and Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award with Century 21. I pride myself in customer service and work very hard for my clients.

Seller reviewLawanda watt is a wonderful person to work with .She knows her job and does it very well. Lawanda Watt is what you want for real estate agent. She explained everything to me about selling the house .She was available all time , I was informed of matters about the house. She was so easy to work, so helpful and wonderful. Buyer reviewIn time; we will be looking for two more properties after I gain knowledge on line of credit to afford to move forward. At that time I will be calling on Lawanda. When spending a lot of money, and jumping into something we have never done before, we needed to move slow and LEARN. Lawanda saw that, and also just how picky and a pain in a butt we can be, to get it right. Lawanda understood.
