I am a native of Florida but have lived in Citrus County since 1980. My husband and I married in 1985 and have raised 2 boys that still live locally. Prior to real estate I managed an insurance agency for 25 years. I love working with people so really enjoy my job as buying and selling homes can be a very personal experience and do my best to make it a very positive one. In 2015 I achieved the Centurion Award, President's Award and Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award with Century 21. I pride myself in customer service and work very hard for my clients.

When we arrived, she showed houses that met our criteria and when the right house came up, she acted quickly to place the offer. LaWanda managed the negotiations to the favor of both parties and coordinated the inspection to my schedule. She helped me to quickly learn an unfamliar market in a very pleasant and productive way.

Buyer reviewWe needed someone who really new the area but just as important could distill each of our wants into listings that hit the mark. Lawanda took us through our list of nearly 20 homes, but in the end could see we missed the mark on our research. The homes were not the size and atmosphere we really needed. In the end she took both our individual needs and found a set of listings that worked. We had nearly given up and she hit a homerun...we found our Natures Coast dream home. In addition she was very helpful to the seller who's agent was out of state. She made sure nothing was missed. Would tell anyone in the area or from out of town, you need to work with Lawanda you will not be disappointed!
