I am a native of Florida but have lived in Citrus County since 1980. My husband and I married in 1985 and have raised 2 boys that still live locally. Prior to real estate I managed an insurance agency for 25 years. I love working with people so really enjoy my job as buying and selling homes can be a very personal experience and do my best to make it a very positive one. In 2015 I achieved the Centurion Award, President's Award and Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award with Century 21. I pride myself in customer service and work very hard for my clients.

Buyer reviewTwo months ago I could not have imagined the dreams of my Wife and i becoming a reality. When we were first pre approved for a home loan my wife and I were excited and also terrified. I knew Lawanda Watt and her husband from my job were I had the pleasure of meeting them both and aiding in there truck purchase. From the moment we sat down with her, we both knew we were in the best of hands. How she dealt with two absolute home buying amateurs in such a caring and professional way is beyond words.I can only pray that others like us are as fortunate to have Lawanda as their Agent. I write this as I am spending my first day in my home along with my wife. It is Indendence Day, we could not feel more Independent and free In our home. Honestly, if not for Lawanda, we would not be here. Thank you Lawanda, with all our heart!
