I am a native of Florida but have lived in Citrus County since 1980. My husband and I married in 1985 and have raised 2 boys that still live locally. Prior to real estate I managed an insurance agency for 25 years. I love working with people so really enjoy my job as buying and selling homes can be a very personal experience and do my best to make it a very positive one. In 2015 I achieved the Centurion Award, President's Award and Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award with Century 21. I pride myself in customer service and work very hard for my clients.

She was so patient with us and our many questions, she is very knowledgeable and gets an answer if she's unsure. She went out of her way to make sure things got done and followed up on many things for me. She even chased down my husband to get a signature (in another county)! Buyer reviewThis was the second home I buy in Florida but the first in Citrus County. I contacted LaWanda on a property she had posted and asked her to see if she could show me a few others. Her professionalism and warm personality endeared her to me and my family. She took my list of needs for a home and helped me find my match. LaWanda kept me well informed of all that was happening because I was moving from Maryland to Florida. However, the most important part was that LaWanda treated me and the purchase of my house not as a business deal but as my purchase of my home. I would recommend LaWanda Watt without reservation.
