I am a native of Florida but have lived in Citrus County since 1980. My husband and I married in 1985 and have raised 2 boys that still live locally. Prior to real estate I managed an insurance agency for 25 years. I love working with people so really enjoy my job as buying and selling homes can be a very personal experience and do my best to make it a very positive one. In 2015 I achieved the Centurion Award, President's Award and Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award with Century 21. I pride myself in customer service and work very hard for my clients.

Buyer reviewThis was the second home I buy in Florida but the first in Citrus County. I contacted LaWanda on a property she had posted and asked her to see if she could show me a few others. Her professionalism and warm personality endeared her to me and my family. She took my list of needs for a home and helped me find my match. LaWanda kept me well informed of all that was happening because I was moving from Maryland to Florida.
