Buyer reviewWorking with Lekha was a great experience. She has good connections with Lender, attorney, escrow agent, etc. which are very useful for the first time home buyers. In our case, once the seller accepted our terms, the process went very smooth and the closing was on time. Lekha always gives positive vibes and we are very happy to close this deal with her help.

Buyer reviewLekha paid attention to detail in all of the open houses she accompanied us, as first time home buyers she provided us guidance on what we should be aware of. She was honest of her opinion if something did not "feel right" , which helped us make our final decision of the house where we are at now. She provided us with professional and experienced references for attorney, lenders who provided us with good mortgage rates. She was always available to answer any questions (either via text or phone) and conduct follow up with vendors as requested. Over all we are fortunate to have met Lekha through a recommendation and our homebuying process which was told to us to be a "stressful" process was very smooth. Best wishes to her!
