The type of houses we got from the MLS Email alerts are testimonial to her attention to detail. When we wanted to look at any house as a private showing, Lekha would immediately contact the sellers agent and get the appointment setup. While looking at each house, Lekha would right away highlight the pros and cons of that house based on our requirements. In one of the houses we saw, she was very outright about her reasoning of why we shouldn't go for that house and that really gave us some perspective on what to look for during other showings. She has always been honest about her opinions and will provide us with valuable insights and would let us make the decision without being pushy or imposing her views about the house whatsoever. Overall it's been a wonderful experience working with Lekha and would strongly recommend her.
