Buyer reviewLeona was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, and forward-thinking. I expressed my interest in seeing one home in particular and she scheduled a viewing for a couple of days later. I met her at the home a day, or so later. She greeted me with a warm hello, a smile and handshake before taking me inside for a tour of the home. I was impressed by the home's exterior, but not the interior. Unbeknownst to me, Leona had pulled listings for other homes for sale in the neighborhood. She had also researched comparable homes to the home that I looked at to have an idea of the market prices for the number of beds and baths I wanted in a home. When she asked if I wanted to see another home in the area I said yes. She spoke with the seller by phone and scheduled a tour on the spot-- within moments I was inside on a tour and fell in love with the home. Armed with the comps she pulled in advance, Leona was able to negotiate a $10,000 reduction in the seller's asking price. Within days the seller had an offer and I had an offer acceptance. I settled within 30 days! There really isn't much more that I can say, except, Leona exceeded my expectations!
