Seller reviewWorking with Leona Partis was such a pleasure as it pertained to the sale of my home. Leona was very knowledgeable of the comps in my area which afforded my property to be very competitive for potential buyers. My property was only in the market for four days. We had so many offers Leona Partis had to cut the showings, and we decided at that point all buyers were strong candidates and we decided with Leona's help and expertise who was best for the contract. At no time was this process stressful or hard to deal with. Leona continued to insure me that my property would sell and I would be able to sell for asking price. I actually sold my home over the asking price. I know home buying and selling isn't something you do everyday, but if I were ever to buy or sell another property Leona would be my realtor hands down. I have already referred Leona to several friends and family members. If you want a smooth and painless process and someone by your side from beginning to end, I recomend LP.
