All questions were important and handled carefully and clearly-often Liane would provide 'what if' scenarios to keep us knowledgeable. She guided us with a 'best interest feeling' and kept what we were looking for in the lead…and we purchased a lovely home- not a house…a home. Our closing date became shaky…but we were able to move on schedule as Liane stepped in with creative solutions. My husband loved her detail in all steps of the buying and selling process. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about setting a price that was realistic and profitable. She came and helped me move furniture and make suggestions for staging. Seller reviewThe short sale process was long, drawn-out, and complicated. Liane did a great job explaining the steps of the process to me in terms I could understand. She also did a great job keeping me well-updated as we received offers. Since I had moved halfway across the country for a new job, I appreciated the high level of communication and little things, such as local recommendations for yard care and snow removal. I appreciate everything Liane did to help me close the final deal!
