Seller reviewLillian was such a pleasure to work with. We were living in California while looking for a home in MA. Lillian provided great local knowledge and was very flexible with us agreeing to walk houses and FaceTime us. This was the first home we had purchased and Lillian provided all the guidance we needed to make a good investment. As soon as we knew we were moving out of MA (for work) we contacted Lillian immediately to help us sell the house. Her tenacity and expertise sold the house In less then 2 weeks after listing. We would definitely use Lillian again if we move back to the area and would highly recommend her to friends and family. She put so much time and effort into making sure we found the perfect home for a good price and then in helping us quickly sell the home and make money.

Buyer reviewMy husband and I have used Lillian twice now for purchasing a home and the second time she helped us sell our home as well. Lillian was always there for us at the drop of a hat. It didn't matter what time it was, what day of the week it was etc., if we needed her for anything she would pick up the phone and call immediately. If she needed to contact other realtors, mortgage brokers, etc., she provided communicated the same way- quickly and with urgency. Lillian really goes to bat for her customers. When you go look at a house with her, she doesn't sit back passively and let you look through the house. She is there with you scoping every nook and cranny out with you to make sure you that if you were to put an offer on a house, you are getting the best value. Thank you Lillian for taking such good care of us!
