My husband and I decided to work with her because of her warm personality, and industry knowledge. She wasn't just trying to make a sale. She listened and was patient with us. Lilian made this process so much less stressful for me and my family. She was a joy to work with. My experience was pleasant and smooth. We have so much appreciation for Lilian. We met Lillian on a Saturday and immediately felt like we had known her forever. She seemed very confident that she could get us in a home by August and we really liked that about her. She understood my need to ask many questions as well as my fiance's reserved nature. Lillian was always very open and willing to speak to the seller's realtor so that we did not have to. She was also willing to go to bat for us when things seemed wrong or off. Lillian always took good care of us. She also kept us well informed of everything including when she wouldn't be available. If we ever had any question about a deadline or where something was at in the process, she took care of it.

She always kept us informed even when lot of decisions needed to be made quickly with multiple offers on the house we liked, which made us feel comfortable in this stressful situation. Lilian went beyond our expectations negotiating with the sellers/sellers agent always looking out for how to get us the best deal! She even managed to negotiate down the price with the sellers after the home inspection was done! We felt that Lilian really cared about getting us the right house and making us feel comfortable during the whole process. We would recommend Lilian to everyone looking to buy a home!

I wanted to select a person who would understand my background know where I came from and understand where I wanted to be. I wanted to feel trust. Well lets just say that from the moment my husband and I met Lillian Leone she exceed it all. Lillian was so welcoming and she made me feel like I knew her for ever. Selecting a person who was bilingual was very important to me because my husband first language is Spanish I needed this even tho we both speak in English so we could have better communication, and to our luck she spoke Spanish. Lillian was always on time to our appointment and very helpful when it came to details about the houses we would go and see she would advise us and what was convenient for us and my four year old boy who by the way loves Lillian so much he would really look forward and get excited when we would meet with her. She knew how important location was for me because of my son she worried just as much as I did. Lillian wanted the best for him just as much as I did.That meant the world to me. Lillian was available for phone call question all the time and if we couldn't get in touch because she was at another appointment she would get back to me asap.
