Buyer reviewMy husband and I have used Lillian twice now for purchasing a home and the second time she helped us sell our home as well. Lillian was always there for us at the drop of a hat. It didn't matter what time it was, what day of the week it was etc., if we needed her for anything she would pick up the phone and call immediately. If she needed to contact other realtors, mortgage brokers, etc., she provided communicated the same way- quickly and with urgency. Lillian really goes to bat for her customers. When you go look at a house with her, she doesn't sit back passively and let you look through the house. She is there with you scoping every nook and cranny out with you to make sure you that if you were to put an offer on a house, you are getting the best value. Thank you Lillian for taking such good care of us!

My husband and I decided to work with her because of her warm personality, and industry knowledge. She wasn't just trying to make a sale. She listened and was patient with us. Buyer reviewWe met Lillian on a Saturday and immediately felt like we had known her forever. She seemed very confident that she could get us in a home by August and we really liked that about her. She understood my need to ask many questions as well as my fiance's reserved nature. Lillian was always very open and willing to speak to the seller's realtor so that we did not have to. She was also willing to go to bat for us when things seemed wrong or off. Lillian always took good care of us. She also kept us well informed of everything including when she wouldn't be available. If we ever had any question about a deadline or where something was at in the process, she took care of it.

She was very invested in our house search and was quick to reply to questions. She always kept us informed even when lot of decisions needed to be made quickly with multiple offers on the house we liked, which made us feel comfortable in this stressful situation. Lilian went beyond our expectations negotiating with the sellers/sellers agent always looking out for how to get us the best deal! She even managed to negotiate down the price with the sellers after the home inspection was done! We felt that Lilian really cared about getting us the right house and making us feel comfortable during the whole process. We would recommend Lilian to everyone looking to buy a home!
