I saw some properties on Realtor.com and inquired about them through various brokers. Lilian Leone was the one who called me back and wanted to assist my son in finding his dream home. I had no idea about a buyers/brokers agent before and she explained it to me. She was right on top of things every step of the way!! She asked us what was important to us in finding the perfect home and listened to our needs. She was thoughtful, considerate and caring. Lilian is AMAZING!!!! She walked us through every step of the way!! She was there for everything and did the negotiating inan unparalleled and professional way. She didn't let anything slide and represented us to the fullest. She provided us with all the paperwork and assisted with everything. Her attention to detail is unbelievable!! She made a stressful time completely stress free for us! Lilian is an angel!!! We feel she is like family now!! When she was on vacation in Europe she made sure things were on target for the upcoming closing. She wanted to make sure we were covered. You don't find that type of commitment these days!! Lilian knows her stuff inside and out!! I felt confident having her represent us. She gave us suggestions along the way and we listened to every one and did everything she said, for two reasons, first she knew what she was talking about and secondly, we trusted her.

I am writing in regards to the phenomenal experience we have had while working with Lillian Leone as our Realtor. We decided to search for homes during an extremely busy, transitional part of or lives. My husband and I were engaged at the time and trying to find a home to live in by the time we got married. We had a very strict budget, and an extremely limited schedule. We both work a ton and don't have much free time.
