I wanted to select a person who would understand my background know where I came from and understand where I wanted to be. I wanted to feel trust. Well lets just say that from the moment my husband and I met Lillian Leone she exceed it all. Lillian was so welcoming and she made me feel like I knew her for ever. Selecting a person who was bilingual was very important to me because my husband first language is Spanish I needed this even tho we both speak in English so we could have better communication, and to our luck she spoke Spanish. Lillian was always on time to our appointment and very helpful when it came to details about the houses we would go and see she would advise us and what was convenient for us and my four year old boy who by the way loves Lillian so much he would really look forward and get excited when we would meet with her. She knew how important location was for me because of my son she worried just as much as I did. Lillian wanted the best for him just as much as I did.That meant the world to me. Lillian was available for phone call question all the time and if we couldn't get in touch because she was at another appointment she would get back to me asap. I would recommend Lillian to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

to Lilian Hello Lillian, I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me and my family.  You have gone above and beyond for us.  You are a wonderful person and you are exceptional at your job.  We are still getting settled in our new home, that you made possible, and we are having a wonderful time putting everything together.  I still can't believe this is real.  I can't believe how fast everything happened.  You were the glue that held everything together.  You did all the hard work.  You were and are amazing.  I have to admit that I was very nervous about buying a house for the first time.  You made me feel extremely comfortable and safe.  You are so warm, loving, and understanding.  I told you what I was looking for and you went out and found it.  The first day I met you, I knew you had my and my families best interest at heart.  I can not thank you enough for all you have done.  We absolutely love our new home.  We are so comfortable here already.  It feels like we have always lived here.  Our dreams have come true, and it is all thanks to you.  I have so many things to be thankful for.  I thank God everyday for my family, friends, all of our good health, and for you Lillian.  I feel like I have known you for ever.  You have made us feel so welcome and comfortable.  I feel like you are family. Lillian Leone has been such a support through this complex process! We really feel that she put in 110% effort to get us the best deal and look out for our interests. Me and Christina were searching for the home we could start our lives together and eventually have a family. Choosing Lilian was very important to us she understood exactly what we were looking for as she is family oriented as we are. She was very on point getting back to us with any questions we had and answered them thoroughly. When going through the buying process there are a lot of deadlines and information needed which can be overwhelming for first time buyers, but Lilian walked us through it explaining everything thoroughly making sure we understood the process. If someone was not getting back to us like the lender or lawyer she made it a point to not give up and make sure we got the answers we needed on time. Lilian is very personable and was excellent at dealing with the sellers in negotiating the price down making it possible for us to afford our home.
