It was truly a smooth home sale. So easy that at times I felt I needed to pinch myself to make sure it was real. We surely selected the best realtor in Fredericksburg! As an example of Linda's thoughtful service to her clients, she even took our Verizon boxes to UPS to save us a step when we were moving. Our house sold in a day for above the list price. Linda was always prompt and responsive at every step in the process. The price she listed the house for matched the appraisal further demonstrating her knowledge of the market

We selected Linda because she was well-known for expertise in handling properties in 55plus communities. In addition, I remembered her professionalism at an open house a few years ago. The experience selling with Linda was top notch. She sends in a stager to get things ready for professional photos and also a contractor for a mini-inspection to get things up to snuff. After that the process went smoothly and the house sold in about a week. Thank you Linda for the great work you did for us. We sure appreciate it.

As an absentee owner, I had to deal with Linda remotely after our first meetings. She did a wonderful job considering it was a long distance transaction. I had to trust her to do things that I would have done myself if this was a local transaction. She went out of her way as my proxy in finding and coordinating with the other people involved. She made the transaction as easy for me as possible.
