We selected Linda because she was well-known for expertise in handling properties in 55plus communities. In addition, I remembered her professionalism at an open house a few years ago. The experience selling with Linda was top notch. She sends in a stager to get things ready for professional photos and also a contractor for a mini-inspection to get things up to snuff. After that the process went smoothly and the house sold in about a week. Thank you Linda for the great work you did for us. We sure appreciate it.

As an absentee owner, I had to deal with Linda remotely after our first meetings. She did a wonderful job considering it was a long distance transaction. I had to trust her to do things that I would have done myself if this was a local transaction. She went out of her way as my proxy in finding and coordinating with the other people involved. She made the transaction as easy for me as possible.
