Seller reviewWe have now sold 2 properties with Linda Governale and CENTURY 21 - both went very well. We were happy with the process from the initial meeting, and setting of the sale price all the way through to close. Linda has significant experience which showed in her assessment of the market, and her marketing strategy was exemplary in both cases in that we received multiple offers in less than 1 week. Her follow-thru was also very good. The CENTURY 21 office is very professional and well run; senior management staff stop in to see how you're doing, and the sister company that handles escrow (Aquamist), especially Lori who counseled us on paperwork, taxes, costs, etc. really rounded out a painless process. All members of the real estate team were consistently approachable and correspondence was timely in all cases. I would gladly recommend Linda Governale and the whole CENTURY 21 team to friends and family!

Seller reviewLinda is the best agent we have ever seen she is always on time and takes the person's family into consideration because my son is critical care she adapted the open houses and walkthroughs with him in mind she showed the houses best features and was very careful with our new floors and if there was an angel award we would give it to her she was mindful of our two dogs and she explained everything we didn't understand and if we could take her to Utah we would really great agent great experience the Gibbons family

And we were waiting to sell our house before we could buy another house. Even so, Linda Governale never batted an eye. She sized up the situation and came up with a game plan that worked out for everyone. There were so many moments when we were anxious about some aspect of the selling/purchasing process.
