She is very knowledgeable of the area and the whole process involved in buying property here. She is also a very nice person and we enjoyed getting to know her and to work with her.

Seller reviewKnew Linda when she lived in Columbia back in the 70's. Her Mother ,Vivian, is a very dear friend of mine. As one of my other friends who has lived at the beach for 30 plus years always said, If anyone at the beach can sell it, Linda Givens can. His former wife was also in real estate when she was living.. Linda works hard and has lots of energy..She is a pleasure to be around and to work with.. Since I was not at the beach, I do not feel as though I can answer any of these questions.

Seller reviewLinda was always available when we came into town. She provided effective and efficient service that allowed us to spend as little time on the "sale" project as possible. She arranged for the work needed and got everything done, as we were out of town. Linda was just as helpful with this sale as she was with our initial purchase of the property 20 years ago!
