Linda knows what buyers are looking for and recommends what a home should look like prior to the photographer arriving to take pictures, or any buyer or agent who would like to see the home. Linda was very specific in what needed to be done throughout the process and I absolutely loved the way she ended up staging my home inside and out. She couldn't be more helpful. Linda also knows exactly what a seller needs to do and guided me through every step with patience and grace. Linda made what was a very difficult and sensitive decision and situation into a very comfortable and easy process for me to get through.
