Buyer reviewLinda Rademacher did a great job supporting my requirement in getting a perk test completed on the land I bought. I brought down my boys, cleared the land and staked out the areas required for the perk test on a weekend. Linda Rademacher brought the forms to the DHEC and filed the perk test application on my behalf. Although I had to hire an outside contractor to preform the perk test, I was able to get the perk test done without impacting the closing time line. If Linda Rademacher were unable to help with the Perk test, I would have to take time off from work. It would have greatly impacted the closing time line.
