Linda Rademacher did a great job supporting my requirement in getting a perk test completed on the land I bought. I brought down my boys, cleared the land and staked out the areas required for the perk test on a weekend. Linda Rademacher brought the forms to the DHEC and filed the perk test application on my behalf. Although I had to hire an outside contractor to preform the perk test, I was able to get the perk test done without impacting the closing time line. If Linda Rademacher were unable to help with the Perk test, I would have to take time off from work. It would have greatly impacted the closing time line.

Working with Linda is like dealing with and old and trusted friend. Over the past three years I have come to trust her implicitly and she has never misled me. She works well with the other members of a loose group I have come to work with regularly when purchasing houses and has become the first person I contact when the time comes to buy a house.

She was on top of the whole process. If I had a question, she was only a phone call away. She went over and beyond expectations. She treated me with the upmost respect throughout the whole process. She did a fantastic job especially knowing it was my first time house buying. It was a very seamless process and experience.

With this home being our very first purchase me and my husband were extremely nervous about having someone help us to make sure we are not over paying for our new home and finding a good one. From the moment we met Linda me and my husband were completely relaxed with her and speaking about what we were looking for. I was a very picky person when it came to buying a new home and even though it felt like I was asking for too much I never once felt like I was annoying Linda because I felt that she understood where I was coming from. She knew what we were looking for and always found a house that matched. Even when we were making offers we asking multiple times what everything was and what we were signing and she explained it in a way that we understood even if it meant her repeating herself. She was extremely patient with us. And always answered the phone when I called or called me back within 24hrs. Even after our home purchase she is still there to help us with any questions or concerns. I will definitely recommend her to friends or family looking for a new home. I am absolutely thankful for her help
