I have worked with Linda on two purchases and on both occasions she has provided top notch service. I do not live I the area I buy in so I need someone I can trust completely and that can work with my existing team of bankers, lawyers and property managers. Linda knows all the members of my team and works very well with them, often providing the coordination between them. I am often out of the country during the purchasing process and need someone that will give me good information and honest assessments and I get that with Linda.

Linda has become a friend instead of being just my agent. She listens to my needs & concerns. Has had to a lot of extra work because of dealing with my mom's estate which was left to me to manage with a lotof unanswered questions for both of us. Linda is amazing to work with! She was patient and didn't rush me during the selection process and helped me find several options to choose from. She even drove me all over town to look at different houses! I never felt like I was being pushed to choose and she was very knowledgeable, pointing out things I never would of thought of. When I did decide what I wanted, she was quick to make it happen! While my house was being built she kept me informed and advocated for me to make sure everything I wanted was included. She even made sure things I didn't think to ask about were done. Closing was easy and I love my house! Linda takes good care of her clients, even checking in after closing. Thank you! :)
