Lisa was the best realtor that we have ever had and with my time in the military and then working and moving with DoD I have had several. Lisa knew what I was looking for, ensured that all of our requirements were met. We closed just 30 days after I saw the place and some of the reason for even that delay was the fact that we were moving from our old home in Virginia. I would heartily recommend Lisa to anyone looking to purchase a home.

This was our first home sale. To complicate matters, it came at short notice and was done remotely. We worked with Lisa because we had such an incredible experience with her when we bought the house. She did excellent market research, so her recommended listing price proved to be spot on. We sold the house within our anticipated timeline and for more than we had previously planned. Along the way, Lisa was very helpful in answering any questions we had and providing us with information and updates at every turn. Lisa turned what should have been a very stressful situation into an easy, lucrative experience.
