I am a life-time resident of Monroe County, specifically the Tomah area. This has offered me the opportunity to build life-long friendships. By having these connections it helps me better serve all those that I have shared the same community with. Seller reviewI will recommend Lisa Kuhl to any one looking to buy or sell relastate. When I first bought my house I used First Weber, wow I wish I could have used Lisa but she actually was working with the seller. There wasn't one time that I called or texted lisa that she did not get a hold of me with in an hour if she was not able to take the call right away. She had tremendous patients while explaining the best plan to me. Lisa Kuhl is with no doubt the most knowledgable and dedicated agent I have every seen. Buyers or sellers who do not utilize Lisa Kuhl as their realtor are missing out a smooth and excellent experience. If there is an award for top realtor there is no doubt Lisa Kuhl is the realtor that deserves the award, trip what ever your company can award her with.

I admit to being a tougher customer than most, my expectations are very high ... Lisa not only met but exceeded my every expectation. She restored my belief that there ARE realtors who treat their career as a job and not a part-time gig. Professional to the utmost. Accessible absolutely anytime I had a question. Seller reviewLisa Kuhl was recommended by a good friend of mine stationed at Fort McCoy, Wi. He advised, she was able to help him get his house sold in the Washington State area and he was very happy with her service. Overall, my wife, and I realized that Lisa was the one for us after the first week; all correspondence was done by email and explained in depth which was excellent, because we are stationed overseas with a 14-hour ahead time difference. Lisa never called waking us between 1-5 A.M in the morning. During this ordeal, we had almost given up on selling the house, but for sure we knew we did not want to rent the House out again since we're still stationed overseas. Lisa was very encouraging, and told us to hang in there, and that she would get our house sold, and she did. We are very satisfied with Lisa Kuhl of Century21 Gold Award Homes and would recommend her to our friends and or to anyone in the future being stationed at Fort McCoy, Wi.
