Seller reviewLisa Mills is an excellent real estate agent who knows how to close a real estate sale. She knows how to work with the parties involved in the real estate transaction. When issues needed to be addressed, she found solutions which all parties agreed to. She was very creative in the completion of her duties. C-21 Rainbow Realty is an excellent firm. They are well located in Laguna Woods next to the escrow company I used. Their staff was very helpful on several occasions. The sale was completed without any problems. The real estate transaction went through without a hitch. I could not expect anything more from the firm and Lisa Mills.

When problems developed, she came up with a solution which met the needs of the seller and the buyer. She took all of the stress out of completing the sale. Lisa knows what she is doing. She was able to recommend the services of other parties which I needed to move from the unit. She helped remove much of the stress from my selling the unit. If I needed to sell a property in Laguna Woods, I would definitely use the services of Lisa Mills and C-21 Rainbow Realty.
