She explained everything thoroughly, and offered guidance and grace throughout the process. She knew people to recommend for inspections, AC service, lawn, etc., and made sure I had everything I needed. Lisa was always available, and made me feel like the most important person around. She anticipated problems and was very proactive, not reactive. She communicated with all parties (lender, title, listing agent, etc.) when I was unable to.

Lisa stuck with us thru the slow market slump, and the stresses of our move. Keeping us updated on the house, handling repairs for us, as we are overseas and contacting us at any time day or night. Even when we became frustrated with the process she remained calm, professional and supportive. Thank you Lisa and team!!!
