We were moving from Puerto Rico to San Antonio and in our search for a realtor we found Miss Lisa Morales in the Century21 webpage. Her resume was very impressive, we like the fact that she is bilingual and that was a big plus for us because it help in decreasing the language gap that my wife and I may have. As I said earlier her resume was very impressive, but her dedication and hard work and willingness to go the extra mile to make our move to the San Antonio area made our move a lot easier and pleasant. My husband and I have been planning to move to Texas for a while. We decided to visit San Antonio in July and Lisa helped us to look for a house. Unfortunately, we only had a week to see house and were not able to find a house. Lisa did an amazing job at paying attention to what we wanted and she delivered. Even though we did not find a house during the time we traveled, she still kept looking for us and was able to find us a house that we love. She would go and see the houses for us and we did video calls for all of them. The house we liked was at the top of our budget, but we were able to lower the price a little, all thanks to Lisa doing all the talking for us. She understood what our situation was and she was never pushing us to just get any house. She kept reminding us that she was treating us like her children and was always looking out for us. Overall, she was amazing and very understanding.

Mine was a particularly challenging sale and closure due to the buyers agent being inexperienced and difficult to deal with. Despite that, Lisa was impeccably professional and kept things moving forward. She kept me informed of all issues and buyer requests in a timely fashion and made sure she knew my wishes and desires. There were numerous delays due to several unreasonable requests by the buyers agent, but Lisa managed to accomplish or settle all issues to my satisfaction and managed to keep our closing date on schedule. Lisa Morales is a gem. I am familiar with the process, from another state (in other words, the worst kind of customer). Lisa was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly, and offered guidance and grace throughout the process. She knew people to recommend for inspections, AC service, lawn, etc., and made sure I had everything I needed. Lisa was always available, and made me feel like the most important person around. She anticipated problems and was very proactive, not reactive. She communicated with all parties (lender, title, listing agent, etc.) when I was unable to.

Lisa handled our overseas move in to San Antonio and back out both times in PCS status. She went above and beyond to make our transitions easy. Lisa stuck with us thru the slow market slump, and the stresses of our move. Keeping us updated on the house, handling repairs for us, as we are overseas and contacting us at any time day or night. We came to "pre-search" for a homeland area of town we'd like to live in a few months before we moved to San Antonio. We got in contact with Lisa Morales via google search and she was quick to respond and not hesitant at all to show us houses all over San Antonio. She was very punctual and easy to arrange houses at the last minute. We would send her houses the night before and she would have them set up for us to view the next morning. She was very quick to respond and extremely helpful in our search.August 2018

We wouldn't hesitate, for a moment, to recommend Lisa Morales to anyone wanting to purchase a home in the S.A. area. Lisa worked with us over a 2 year period, 1 year while still living in Houston and the 2nd while we rented in SA. For well over a year, Lisa stayed in communication and provided us with listings prior to our relocation to S.A. Then, while renting the entire following year, Lisa showed us countless listings until we found our 'perfect' next home.September 2017
Walked in and explained we wanted to spend time with agent to help us development a good overall understanding of SA real estate market and demographics.
Lisa was extremely responsive in setting up appointments, including weekends, evenings and daytime. When a new property came on the market she was always available to insure we were front in line, which was very important to us in this current sellers market. It's likely she made personal sacrifice's in order to meet our needs.
We had somewhat of a challenging situation related to closing on 2 adjacent properties. This required extra effort on Lisa's part working with the Title company exploring different closing options. Lisa was never hesitant to work consult, as needed, with others in the Century 21 office on particular matters. This showed Lisa was wanting to use the knowledge and ability of the Century 21 office to insure the best outcome.
Overall, extremely satisfied with Lisa's knowledge and determination to insure all aspects of purchasing was completed in a timely manner.

Because we were stationed overseas and had a child in school it was imperative to minimize the trauma of moving for my son and as a family. We made the difficult decision and might I add terrifying one to buy a home via the internet. Lisa was completely on board and helped us thru the process with ease and commitment. We trusted her judgement explicitly when ruling out homes that wouldn't fit our wants and needs, Lisa listened to us and guided us in our decision making process even when we loss our first two homes. She marched on and didn't let us get down and ultimately found the perfect home for us. Just knowing she was looking out for our best interest took some much needed weight off our shoulders and made this difficult move seamless. I will be forever grateful to Lisa Morales and Century 21 for making our dreams come true. I would also like to note Lisa helped us to hire inspectors and made the phone calls we couldnt make all the way from Germany and her recommendations for a loan officer was fantastic!
