Lisa was a real gem to work with. Right from the moment that my daughter and I saw her we knew that we were in good hands. She took the massive list of homes that we wanted to see and went through it with us to make sure that we weren't wasting our time. She would answer our questions and basically tell us what she thought about a place. I remember that there was one house that was on a lot of land and that was what drew me to it. The house was a little small but cozy enough for two people. All I could think of was the size of the property at the time. After we walked through the house she asked me what I thought I would need to do. I told her that I would probably need to tear it down and rebuild, which was not in the cards. She was also able to point out some positive things about the houses that we looked at and was also able to show us some of the things that we should watch out for. My daughter and I were just about ready to have Lisa bid on a house for us but we had just one more to look at. As soon as we pulled up in front of it my daughter and I looked at each other and we just knew this was it. I think even she was amazed at the condition of the house and the price considering where it is located. She put in our bid and worked with us the whole time all the way to closing and beyond. We are so happy with our home that even though it isn't new, it may as well be and the neighborhood is just over the top. Lisa will be the first and only person that I will recommend to any of my friends.

Very personable. Good communication. Helpful both in understanding cost breakdown and selling process. Very flexible and understanding. Although a few visitors felt that the price was too high, Lisa helped us "weather the storm" and advised us to be patient and calculating with our price changes, as we were first time house sellers. It was well advised and everything went great. As I mentioned before, Lisa was very flexible, understanding, patient, and had great communication with my wife and me, every step of the way.

A kind, considerate agent who was focused on what our personal preferences were. She used a system that worked for us, where the beginning of her day started with giving us recommendations. She seemed to like what she does, and this made us more comfortable with the entire process. We have to admit that we really took our time finding that perfect home. Overall, we patiently waded through literally 40-50 homes over the course of three months. Lisa was always there for us. She is an experienced agent, knowledgeable about the homes we looked at, and was familiar with many of the neighborhoods we went through. When we went through the financing process, she was a helpful intermediary. She helped facilitate our loan through with a third-party finance company in 3 weeks, which we have never experienced in previous purchases. We appreciate the contribution Lisa made in our purchase. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
