She can't stand to see people taken advantage of. This whole process is new to me and I knew Lisa would give me the bottom line and ensure I had an adequate understanding of every step. Lisa made it a point to learn what I found important (must haves) and what wasn't necessary. I believe this saved me a tremendous amount of time being that every proceeding home I saw was closer to what I wanted. Her knowledge of the properties and community was superb.
