She can't stand to see people taken advantage of. This whole process is new to me and I knew Lisa would give me the bottom line and ensure I had an adequate understanding of every step. Lisa made it a point to learn what I found important (must haves) and what wasn't necessary. I believe this saved me a tremendous amount of time being that every proceeding home I saw was closer to what I wanted. Her knowledge of the properties and community was superb. She was able to answer most of my questions on the spot and if there was something she didn't know, I knew she was going to find out and report back to me in a timely manner... She made all the paperwork/contracts a breeze. I strongly believe there is no other agent that could have gave me a better experience than lisa Thompson. She made all parts of the process worry-free.
