She is very knowledgeable about the market and about ALL relevant resources. She responds immediately to questions, and always has a ready resource or solution. She is an excellent Advisor. I'm repeating myself - - - Liz was always accessible, with good thoughts, advice, referrals, and solutions. She has a "can do" and a "let's get this done" approach. Seller reviewLiz was one of three agents suggested by the realtor I used several times from a different location. She also worked with a close associate with the sale of their home in the area. I was a frustrating sale for my associate by Liz coached them through to a satisfactory conclusion. With my sale, she was always available for consultation and valued opinions. Her knowledge and contacts help us prepare and deliver our house to the public and then the buyers. Any problem that came up, she had solutions that were greatly appreciated and worth while. "Yes do this and here is how to do it" and/or "No, you don't need to worry about that" was always on target.
