His level of professionalism is superb. We had some tough dealings with the seller of our home and LJ handled everything in a manner that only and experienced broker could. Buyer reviewI called LJ about a local listing I saw on realtor.com that he was the listing agent on. Unfortunately that property was no longer available so he provided us with a list of houses he searched for that thought met our needs. During the discussion process he was very informative and always got back to me right away with any questions I had. This is what made me choice him for our realtor. LJ was great throughout the whole process. This was a difficult and unusual purchase and LJ was great throughout the whole process. He really went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with every detail and fixed every issue that came about. I have already recommended him to a family member that will be in the market next year.

I work second shift and LJ took that into consideration when he would schedule showings and I know it made it a little more difficult for him but he worked with my schedule with no problem. Seller reviewLJ Bunker was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. I needed to sell quickly, so he recommended listing for below market value. I was concerned, but went along with it. Well, it was a great decision! There was over a full price offer within 24 hours of listing and there were still 2 other showings scheduled!! I hear all the time how hard it is for people to sell their homes and I truly feel that if I went with another agent, I would be one of those people! LJ also helped me get a great deal on the house that I wanted to buy. I would recommend LJ to anyone for all of their real estate needs. I know I'll be using him again in the future!
